Warsaw Destination Consultant
Agnieszka is one of Going-there’s youngest Destination Consultants, but also invaluable. Being bilingual in English and Polish means she can give the most essential assistance to newcomers in a city where few landlords or local officials speak English.
She was educated in the USA (and Poland), emerging with a Master’s in Organizational Psychology in 2007. Professionally, she has worked mainly in recruitment and training. Since 2008, she has provided language training for people relocating to and from Poland, as well as customized training programs and relocation programs for Going-there.
Of moving to Poland, she says "the first obstacle is usually the language barrier, but my advice to people would be to take time to scratch under the surface and Warsaw will grow on you. Once you have a home you can start to appreciate the sights, good restaurants, great cultural events and abundance of parks in the center and forests just outside the city limits.”
