Meet Michelle

New York Destination Consultant

There is little Michelle doesn’t know about relocation – she was an assignment manager with a blue-chip company for five years, as well as spending time as a visa officer in London in the 1990s.

A graduate of the University of London, she has also lived in California, Moscow and Osaka, before settling in New York in 1997. Based in Bronxville, she works with assignees to all parts of the city and advises on the Tri-State area. Her experience, covering both the organizational end of relocation as well as working with assignees, offers unique support to newcomers.

‘New York really is another world,’ she says. "Rental practices here are peculiar and new arrivals are at square one with common goods and services, like mobile phone, home phone and Internet providers. It’s vital to have good local support.’

Happily settled, Michelle loves New York and is excited to help newcomers discover how the city works.
