Dresden Destination Consultant

Like many Australians,
Matt was born with a travel bug. Even in his early years, after studying Law in South Australia, he travelled around his home country, supporting himself in numerous short-term jobs.
The wider world beckoned, however, and Matt left for Europe in 2003. Since then, he has lived in the UK and Germany, becoming fluent in the German language through study at the Goethe Institute while working as an English tutor in Dresden.
'Dresden has to be one of my favorite places in the world,' he comments. 'It's small, packed with history and culture, but also dynamic. Since English is less widely spoken than elsewhere in Germany, you definitely need someone with local knowledge to help on your arrival, though!'
